Sets that use code 2x3 have an additional cutting fee of $1.00 per set.
Sets that use code 4x5 have an additional cutting fee of $2.00 per set. OR choose option CUT02 and save! 3 sets for $5.00
Sets that use code 5x8 have an additional cutting fee of $4.00 per set, or choose option CUT05: 2 8x5 sets for $6.00
Sets that use code 8x11 have an additional cutting fee of $6.00 per set.
